In addition to this he is a regulated Independent Mortgage Adviser of 30 years standing and as you would imagine looks after the financial services requirements for all our clients. |
Ken Morton - Director One of the founding Directors, Compliance Manager and Senior Valuer for Apple Homes. Ken is hugely experienced in Estate Agency and his ability to appraise a property accurately is second to none and this coupled with his genuine and sincere personality have helped to establish Apple Homes as one of the areas most successful Estate agents. Ken has completed The Guild of Property Professionals Enhanced Training Scheme for both Sales and Lettings. |
Christine Barrell - Company Secretary Christine is our Company Secretary, proof reader and senior administrator. Aside from keeping us all in check in her inimitable fashion, she handles all the things that the rest of us hate to do and would actually be really useless at, like completing the dreaded VAT returns. She also has responsibility for producing the bespoke Apple Homes Life & Property magazines which are issued every six weeks. Christine has completed The Guild of Property Professionals training for Lettings & Property Management and is currently working her way through the Sales training. |

Peter Hatfield-Shaw - Branch Manager Peter has been with Apple Homes pretty much since it started back in 2004. He now has overall day to day responsibility for Sales & Lettings and is a well known face in the town, due to the fact that Peter possesses a rare combination of enthusiasm, charm, old fashioned courtesy and a never say die attitude and works equally hard for both vendors and purchasers. |
Michael Page - Sales Negotiator Michael is the latest addition to the Apple Homes sales team, joining us in April 2016. He is quickly becoming an established Sales Negotiator and relishes the opportunity of doing his absolute best for vendors and purchasers alike. During 2017 Michael completed The Guild of Property Professional training scheme for Sales and is now an Associate Member of The Guild of Property Professionals. |
Lisa Bysouth - Lettings and Property Management Lisa joined the Lettings & Property Management side of Apple Homes in February 2015 and has become an essential member of the team. Joining Apple Homes with a background in mortgage administration, Lisa quickly picked up the demands of this busy department and manages to keep a cool head under, what can be at times, difficult situations. During 2017 Lisa completed The Guild of Property Professional training scheme for Lettings & Property Management and is now an Advanced Associate Member of The Guild of Property Professionals. Lisa is currently training for her ARLA membership. |

Tanya Edworthy - Lettings and Property Management Tanya is the newest edition to the Apple Homes family having started her employment with us in June 2018. Tanya comes with Industry experience and has settled quickly into this demanding role within our Lettings & Property Management department. Tanya has already commenced her training with the Guild of Property Professionals and is keen to commence her ARLA training in 2019. Ashley Barrell - Mortgage Adviser Ashley joined the team at Apple Homes back in May 2015 following his time at University and works under the umbrella of our sister company Security & Finance. Ashley passed his CEMAP exams in June 2016 and on 4th October 2017 was authorised as an Independent Mortgage Adviser.
