We are an Independently owned Sales & Lettings Agent based in prominent offices at 8 Market Square, Buckingham and have been established in the town since 2004.

Our property portfolio is marketed on the major websites, and as your Guild of Property Professionals chosen member for Buckingham and surrounding villages, our property portfolio is also on a national network of over 800 independent estate agents in the UK and in our associated Park Lane, London office.

The Lettings & Property Management department offers a range of services to both Landlords and Tenants alike and our employees undertake Trading Standards Approved annual training, guaranteeing Landlords & Tenants the best possible standards.

Owned by Buckingham residents Phil & Christine Barrell and Ken Morton, with the Sales & Lettings departments overseen by Peter Hatfield-Shaw, Apple Homes offers a wealth of industry experience and unrivalled local knowledge.


Our office is now open, although we are limiting the number of visitors at any one given time. We are gradually asking our employees to work from the office where possible, however for some this is still not practical, so if you require an appointment please telephone or email the office, in the first instance.  To ensure safety for our employees and visitors, we will be applying social distancing measures and have now purchased a supply of face masks, gloves, hand sanitiser, antibacterial wipes and sprays. Prior to any type of property visit our staff/home-owners/landlords/tenants/visitors/contractors will be asked to complete Health Questionnaires, to ensure that we are all 'COVID safe'.
